Terms of Service

Welcome to BOLStamp. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BOLStamp website, application, and related services (“Service”).

By creating an account or using BOLStamp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. What BOLStamp Does

BOLStamp is a document branding tool built for car hauling companies, carriers, and dispatchers. The Service allows users to save company information and a logo, upload BOL / vehicle inspection report PDFs, and generate branded versions of those documents.

BOLStamp is not a general PDF editor, legal document service, transportation broker, carrier authority provider, compliance advisor, or insurance service.

2. User Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the information, logos, files, and documents you upload, enter, edit, generate, or download through BOLStamp.

You agree that:

• You will only use company names, logos, MC numbers, DOT numbers, contact information, and business details that you are legally authorized to use.
• You will not use BOLStamp to impersonate another company, carrier, dispatcher, broker, driver, or person.
• You will not use BOLStamp to falsify, misrepresent, hide, or alter transportation documents for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• You will review every generated document before using, sending, printing, signing, or sharing it.
• You are responsible for making sure all generated BOLs and documents are accurate, lawful, and authorized.

BOLStamp does not verify the accuracy, legality, ownership, authority, or compliance of any company information, logos, MC numbers, DOT numbers, or uploaded documents.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use BOLStamp to:

• Create, modify, or distribute fraudulent transportation documents.
• Misrepresent carrier identity, company ownership, authority, insurance status, or contact information.
• Use another company’s name, logo, MC number, DOT number, or contact details without permission.
• Remove or replace information in a way that violates laws, contracts, broker-carrier agreements, customer agreements, or industry rules.
• Upload malware, harmful files, or content that disrupts the Service.
• Attempt to access another user’s account, files, credits, billing data, or private information.
• Abuse free trials, credits, or manual payment systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be using the Service for suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

4. Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account and company information. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us immediately.

5. Credits and Billing

BOLStamp uses a credit-based access model.

Free Trial

New users may receive 5 free BOL credits one time. Free trial credits are provided for testing the Service and do not reset monthly.

BOL Monthly Access

BOL Monthly Access costs $9.99 per month and includes 100 BOL credits per billing cycle.

Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.

Extra Credits

Active paid users may purchase extra credits. Extra Credits cost $4.99 for 100 additional BOL credits.

Extra Credits are optional one-time top-ups. Extra Credits do not reset monthly and may roll over while your monthly access remains active.

If your monthly access becomes inactive, expired, unpaid, suspended, or restricted, you may not use Extra Credits until your monthly access is renewed or reactivated.

Credit Usage

• Each successful branded BOL export uses 1 credit.
• Previewing a document does not use credits. Failed exports should not use credits.
• Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between users or accounts.

6. Manual Payments During Early Access

During the early access period, payments may be handled manually through approved payment methods such as PayPal, bank transfer, or other payment methods provided by BOLStamp.

After payment confirmation, access or credits may be activated manually by an administrator.

Manual activation may not be instant. We will make reasonable efforts to activate paid access or credits as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.

7. Refunds

Because BOLStamp provides digital access and credit-based document processing, payments are generally non-refundable once credits or monthly access have been activated.

However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, especially if:

• A payment was made by mistake.
• Credits were not activated after confirmed payment.
• A technical issue prevented use of the Service and we could not reasonably fix it.

8. File Storage and Document Privacy

BOLs and generated documents may contain sensitive information such as customer names, vehicle details, VINs, pickup and delivery addresses, phone numbers, and carrier information.

Depending on the features you use, BOLStamp may process, temporarily store, or save document-related data for preview, export, document history, support, or account functionality.

We do not sell your uploaded documents.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload, process, and store any documents or information through BOLStamp.

We may automatically delete uploaded or generated files after a certain period, depending on the plan, feature, or storage policy.

9. Document Accuracy

BOLStamp is designed to help automate document branding, but it does not guarantee that generated documents will be perfect, compliant, accepted by brokers, accepted by customers, accepted by insurance providers, or legally valid.

You must review each generated document before use.

BOLStamp is not responsible for losses, delays, disputes, rejected documents, chargebacks, claims, fines, business issues, or legal problems caused by incorrect, unauthorized, incomplete, or improperly used documents.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep BOLStamp available and working reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party service problems, hosting issues, or other causes.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You use the Service for fraudulent, suspicious, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.
• You abuse credits, free trials, payments, or platform functionality.
• You attempt to bypass security, billing, or usage limits.
• Your payment is unpaid, disputed, refunded, reversed, or suspected of fraud.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to BOL generation, document history, credits, or other features.

12. Intellectual Property

BOLStamp, including its name, design, branding, software, interface, features, and content, belongs to BOLStamp or its owners.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, reverse engineer, or create a competing product using BOLStamp’s software, design, or functionality without permission.

You retain ownership of the company information, logos, and documents you upload, but you grant BOLStamp the limited right to process them as needed to provide the Service.

13. Third-Party Services

BOLStamp may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email delivery, analytics, or other functionality.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, fees, or policy changes caused by third-party services.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOLStamp and its owners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, rejected documents, transportation disputes, customer claims, or legal issues resulting from your use of the Service.

Your use of BOLStamp is at your own risk.

15. No Legal or Compliance Advice

BOLStamp does not provide legal, regulatory, FMCSA, DOT, insurance, tax, transportation compliance, or business advice.

You should consult qualified professionals if you need legal, compliance, insurance, or transportation authority guidance.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
