By accessing or using the BOLStamp (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service allows users to upload Bill of Lading (BOL) and Vehicle Inspection Report PDFs, apply saved company branding (text and logo overlays), and download the modified PDFs. All PDF processing happens in the user’s browser.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload, process, or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed on the site. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the PDFs and logos you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. The BOLStamp name, logo, and software are our intellectual property.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that branded PDFs will meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
